Refund Process

Customer contacts the Contact center and requests for refunds 

The CC team confirms if the customer is eligible for refunds. Below are scenarios/reasons for refund requests:

  • Customer wants to change shipping option  
  • Customer wants to change products ordered for
  • Items ordered are not available in stock
  • Items ordered are expired
  • Wrong items delivered in the package
  • An order has delayed

Note: Refunds must be requested within 24 hours after delivery
